I’m thrilled to share that two of my recent pieces are currently on exhibition alongside a fantastic collection of works from my fellow local artists!
These pieces represent some of my favorite explorations in form and surface design lately, and they’re serving as a little “appetizer” for what’s coming up at our big annual event.

There is something incredibly grounding about a rich, forest-green glaze. For this piece, I focused on the tactile experience of holding a vessel. The rhythmic carvings aren’t just for visual interest—they provide a natural grip that makes your morning coffee or tea feel like a small ritual.

On the more whimsical side of the wheel, I’ve been experimenting with character-driven sculptural forms. This little blue lobster is more than just a decorative friend; he’s a functional passive speaker! His wide-open mouth is designed to naturally amplify the sound from your mobile phone. If you look closely at his eyes, you’ll see they are actually music notes, a subtle nod to his melodic purpose. Whether he’s boosting your favorite playlist or holding a bouquet of flowers, he’s bound to start a conversation.
