Totoro Plate
Totoro has been one of my favorite animations for years. I’ve probably watched it a hundred times—alone, with friends, with family. It never gets old. It felt really good to put Totoro on clay. This is a handbuilt plate, painted with underglaze.
Simple, but meaningful.
These 3 organic shape small plate is made of M370 clay, underglaze painted greenware. I didn’t get to take pictures after they are fired and given away as gifts.
