I had crafted a red frame carved on a small pot and glazed it with a flux glaze. It looks alright but not great. I havr been wondering what is wrong. Finally I get it. It wasnt painted Thatis what is wrong.
So I painted this one. It is relatively small compare to my other gundam mug. I think it is kind of a balance in the amount of carving and painting on a 4 inch mug.
(update) after clear glaze firing. The red really stands out.
