For a change of pace—and a bit of a throwback to my early days of exploring pottery—I decided to step away from the experimental and lean into something more traditional.
I’ve found that Jade Green is easily one of my favorite glazes for pieces with heavy texture. There’s something timeless about how the glaze pools and breaks over deep carvings, highlighting the details and giving the vase a sense of history. It feels like a full-circle moment to return to these classic forms.
